Youth Delegate Program

Youth ages 15 to 18 are invited to participate in the Congressional City Conference as full delegates. Youth Delegates will have the opportunity to network with and learn alongside local elected officials in many of the conference’s general sessions, workshops, and meetings. During the conference, youth delegates will also convene with their peers on several occasions to share perspectives and exchange ideas on key issues.

Registration is limited for Youth Delegates and Chaperones to the Congressional City and City Summit Conferences and is welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
