This session is designed to showcase how cities across the country have used their American Rescue Plan funding to support early childhood; highlight opportunities for municipal leaders to strengthen the early childhood system; and engage in a conversation between local leaders and federal agencies on ways to achieve greater alignment between federal, state, and local early childhood efforts.
