Protecting Against Cyberthreats: Resources for Your Community in the New Infrastructure Law
Time: 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Date: March 14, 2022
Location: Independence Salon D
Description
Cyberattacks on local governments are rising—and fast. These incidents can leave cities unable to provide core services, while exposing sensitive, personal information and requiring governments to spend significant sums to regain control of data and systems. To shore up cybersecurity practices and lessen the impact of an attack, city leaders must understand the threats and be prepared. In this session, participants will join with experts from CompTIA Public Technology Institute for an overview of the current cybersecurity landscape and how to protect your community.
