Participants will be introduced to The Five Powers— imagination, voice, change and transition, commitment and teamwork as a roadmap to solve any situation. Get the chance to collaborate with your peers, each adopting the role of different characters from a case study, to develop a plan using the concepts of the Five Powers. Explore the problem from various leadership positions and ultimately formulate a strategy that calls for the collaboration of all characters to lead the community through the challenging situation.
