Albert “Kell” Kelly

Senior Advisor to the Administrator; Chair, Superfund Task Force
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Albert Kelly is a senior advisor to U.S. EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. Upon taking office, Administrator Pruitt announced that the cornerstone of his tenure would be ensuring that the Superfund program, and EPA’s land and water cleanup programs, operate effectively and efficiently. In May of 2017, Administrator Pruitt established the Superfund Task Force and appointed Kelly as chair of the task force. Prior to joining the EPA, Kelly worked in the banking industry. Kelly also served as an assistant district attorney in Oklahoma’s Creek and Okfuskee counties and was a partner in the law firm McMillan, Vassar & Kelly.
