Corinne Packard Beasley

Corinne Packard Beasley brings experience in both government and private development to her teaching on public-private development and post-catastrophe revitalization. The former Vice President of Development at the Hudson Yards Development Corporation (HYDC), Packard is currently a member of the ULI New York Executive Committee, ULI’s Public-Private Partnership Council, and served as the co-chair of ULI’s Post- Sandy Task Force. Prior to working at HYDC, Packard was a vice president of the Financial Services Division of the New York City Economic Development Corporation and worked in real estate finance at Capital Trust. Packard graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development and a Masters’ in City Planning.
