Dr. Brittany Fitz-Chapman

Dr. Brittany Fitz-Chapman is responsible for providing data and research to support the initiative’s activities. Fitz-Chapman evaluates initiative efforts and partner programs to support continuous learning from data and experiences. By building data capacity within the initiative and with partner programs, Fitz-Chapman’s role is critical to achieving data-driven decision processes in the Waco community. Within the context of Prosper Waco, she has assisted with local data collection and analysis projects including the Community Health Needs Assessment and a qualitative analysis of House Bill 4 usage in McLennan County. Prior to working within the collective impact initiative, Fitz-Chapman worked on several community projects in conjunction with the Center for Community Research and Development in Waco, Texas. She currently serves on the City Health Dashboard City Advisory Committee.
