Dr. Ehsani’s research examines the role of policy and technology on driver behavior and safety. He has conducted research on the effectiveness of licensing systems and distracted driving policies on crashes and injuries. He is currently conducting research on how autonomous vehicle testing and deployment can be used to advance both safety and equity. He is the Leon S. Robertson Chair in Injury Prevention at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
