Jamie Piziali is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) first Municipal Ombudsman. She serves as a resource for communities seeking to comply with the Clean Water Act and supports communities in navigating federal assistance opportunities, technical assistance, Clean Water Act flexibilities, and integrated planning.  Prior to leading the Office of the Municipal Ombudsman, Jamie spent over fifteen years with EPA’s Office of Water working on issues such as municipal and industrial wastewater permitting and EPA’s National Green Infrastructure Program.
