Biography

Ryan is the Senior Director, Policy & Regulatory Strategy. Ryan provides strategic direction to IMT’s Public Sector programs, aiming to accelerate the adoption of ambitious policies in local governments and States that address climate change and improve communities for everyone.

Prior to joining IMT, Ryan served as the Director of the Kansas Corporation Commission’s Energy Division.
