Group Registrations

With so many sessions, workshops, networking events and other opportunities, it is nearly impossible to take in all the conference has to offer just on your own. Consider attending with a group from your city to cover all areas and get the best return on your conference experience for your city.  

Groups of five or more will receive a complimentary sixth registration, provided the registrations are paid in full and all individuals are registered at the same time. The following registration categories are not eligible: Spouse/Guest, Student, Youth Chaperone or Youth Delegates.

Spouse/Guest Registration

This registration is for family members (19+) of full conference delegates and includes access to general sessions, conference workshops, and social events. Each registrant may bring up to two guests (adults or children). Please note this does not include access to Constituency Group Activities, Executive Education Sessions, or Hill Day.

This registration type is not applicable for elected officials or city staff. This registration type is entirely separate from, and does not grant access to, the Youth Delegate Program.

Press Registrations

Members of the media with proper credentials must register for the conference (complimentary) at the Press Registration Desk onsite in the Conference Registration area. Most conference activities are open, but some sessions will be private or closed to the media. Please contact media@nlc.org for additional support.

Cancellation Policy

All requests must be sent in writing to NLC@maritz.com by February 20, 2026 and are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. No partial refunds will be made if you decide not to attend particular functions. No registrations nor cancellations will be accepted by phone. No cancellations will be accepted after February 20, 2026. Substitutions are permitted and can be made at any time. 

Group Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given to those who previously registered as individuals. Substitutions are welcome. All changes and cancellation requests must be made in writing to NLC@maritz.com by February 20, 2026 and are subject to a $125.00 cancellation fee.   

Cancellation Policy for Spouse/Guest
All Spouse/Guest registrations are refundable; requests must be made in writing to nlc@maritz.com. Substitutions are welcomed.

NLC will have photographers and videographers on site recording the event. All attendees, by registering, agree that their image and person may be photographed or videotaped as part of the audience. NLC reserves the right to use any images or video.
