Youth Leaders at Congressional City Conference

Each year, the National League of Cities welcomes youth leaders from across the country to participate in the Youth Delegate program at Congressional City Conference. This program is created by youth for youth.  

It offers two days of youth-led programming focused on policy and advocacy. Sessions are designed by the youth representatives who sit on NLC’s Council on Youth, Education and Families (YEF Council). Youth must be accompanied by a chaperone.

Due to popular demand, youth delegate registration for CCC 2024 is currently at capacity.
